Multi-function valve test Bench TPU-300-DM
1.Developed independently by our company with independent intellectual property rights;
2.Suitable for shell pressure test of flange pipes such as four-way body, three-way body, two-way body;
3.Suitable for hydrostatic test of safety valves;
4.Suitable for backseat test and liquid high pressure seat tightness test of industrial valves, including gate valve, shut-off valve, plug valve, ball valve, check valve and butterfly valve.

1.The clamping table of the equipment has 4 directions of clamping device of up, down, left and right, which is easy to install and clamp various specifications of industrial valves, flange fittings, relief valve body, etc.. The clamping force in 4 directions can be up to 40T each; The top clamping device can be moved along the guide rail which is convenient for lifting and clamping large valves.
2.Clamping pressure source adopts Telide gas drive pressurized liquid pump with large pressure and automatic pressure supplement, to ensure pressure stability during test and prevent the tested valve from loosening.
3.Test medium is liquid, and the maximum test pressure can reach 1000 bar.
4.Users can choose o-ring seal according to different valve sizes. Test range is DN25-400. Rubber gasket seal can be used under low pressure.
5.The pressurization system adopts "Telide" gas drive pressurized liquid pump which boosts pressure fast and retain pressure well, and can get continuous and stable pressure source. Equipped with high hydraulic pump which can pressurize fast to greatly shorten the waiting time and improve efficiency, and low hydraulic pump which fill the valve quickly.
6.The data acquisition and control system is equipped with "Telide" liquid test system software, which can realize automatic multistage pressurization, hyrostatic test, burst test, data acquisition and other functions. The system has been used by many customers for many years, and get praise and satisfaction for its high reliability, high precision and easy operation.
